Braised Pork Ribs

Tonight I needed to use some pork country style ribs I had in the fridge. Not knowing what to do, I browned them, then sauteed some onion, celery, carrots and garlic. Then I poured in a beer and some BBQ sauce and put them in the oven for a couple of hours. I am planning to serve them over egg noodles tossed with Rosemary butter. If they turn out, I'll take pics!
