Ga Vacation Day 5
Saturday was spent doing some much needed house and yard work for my parents. I concentrated on dusting and mopping inside, while Dev did some heavy duty chores out in the back yard. We ended up taking 2 truck loads of stuff to the city dump. Whew!
That night for dinner I was craving pasta (and more seafood) so we went up to the seafood shop around the corner and got a couple of pounds of GA white shrimp. I roasted them in olive oil with tomatoes, garlic and feta- then poured it over angel hair pasta. This dish never fails and is always over the top good.
We turned in early after working all day and slept very soundly that night!
